1. Do you offer island-wide delivery in Puerto Rico?
Yes! We provide 2nd-day delivery across Puerto Rico through our shipping partner iWide, ensuring fast and reliable service.
2. Do you ship to the mainland U.S.?
Yes. We offer 2nd-day shipping to the continental U.S. via UPS, coordinated through iWide for smooth delivery and tracking.
3. Can I pick up my order in person?
Absolutely. You can pick up your order at our shop in Toa Baja, located right off PR-2, behind Ferretería Candelaria in the FMA Commercial Park.
4. What materials do you work with?
Most of the items in our webshop are made from Galvanized Steel G16, chosen for its durability, clean finish, and versatility. However, some products are offered in stainless steel or aluminum, depending on their intended use and design. Please refer to each product’s description for exact material details. If you have specific material needs for a custom project, let us know—we’re happy to help you choose the right metal for the job.
5. Do you accept custom design requests?
Yes! We have a dedicated in-house design team that can assist with everything from custom logos and patterns to full fabrication plans. Bring us your idea—we’ll help make it real.
6. How long does production take?
Most items in our webshop are manufactured within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise specified in the product details section. For custom-designed signs, the 1 to 3 business-day production window begins once the design has been approved.
We'll always provide a clear and accurate timeline when quoting your project, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, as long as production has not started. For personalized or custom items, once the material has been cut, the order can no longer be canceled, even if it’s still within the 24-hour window.

8. What is your return policy?
Only non-personalized items are eligible for return. Personalized orders are custom-made, which we cannot accept returns for. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days, and we'll make it right.
9. Do you work with individual customers or only businesses?
We serve both commercial and individual clients—from large-scale industrial projects to one-off personal builds. No project is too big or too small.
10. How do I get a quote?
