At Quick Metal Shop, every order is custom-made to your specifications—which means we take great care in ensuring accuracy and quality from the start. Because of the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on fabricated or personalized items.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the specifications provided, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not yet begun. After that point, materials are typically cut or committed, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
